Phone Hours: We can be reached by phone M-F 8 am - 5 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All cards are charged in real time at checkout, so make sure your order is correct before finalizing.
Shipping & Handling: We ship all retail orders by USPS Priority Mail, generally within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping is $8 flat rate and orders of $50 and up receive free shipping.
Returns & Refunds: Because we want you to be as happy with our handcrafted artisan soaps, bath & body products as we are, all retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days, with a sales receipt and a note stating your reason for returning, and we will refund your purchase price. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Additions & Cancellations: We cannot change an order once it has been placed. If you need additional items you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders incur a 15% restocking fee if we have already pulled product and packed it.
Disclaimer: Although allergic reactions to our natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
